JMCSHOP has been implemented to serve JM Concept Oy's contract customers. The online store sells products to adult individuals, sports clubs, associations and companies. The prices of the products do not include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart as agreed in advance, in the online payment service or by a consolidated invoice. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated (see below). Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail showing your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. Shipping costs include packing costs, as well as door-to-door delivery. In the shopping cart, we will present the cost of future delivery costs according to the delivery method in use.
We only deliver orders Normally, order processing takes about 1–1.5 weeks and delivery by post takes 1–2 business days. In sparsely populated areas, there may be a delay in delivery.
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure or the carrier, or for indirect harm caused by delays. The online store will inform you on its website if there are any abnormal delivery times. The stock balances presented in the online store are not real-time. If the product is momentarily out of stock, we will contact the customer as soon as possible. In this case, the product can be agreed to be replaced with another similar one or the order can be cancelled partially or completely.

Consumer customers have the right to cancel the purchase they have made in the online store within 14 days of receiving the ordered products. If the Customer exercises his right of return, he must make a cancellation notice and return the products within the deadline (14 days). The return is made at the Customer's expense.
Upon receipt of the product, the online store will only refund the price of the product to the Customer. The returned product must be unused and in the original packaging. For a refund, the product must be in saleable condition. The product cannot be printed with a customer-specific print.
Non-redemption is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For an unclaimed package for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we will charge delivery and return costs.
The customer must check the received delivery to detect possible errors. If the delivery lacks ordered products or the delivery is otherwise incorrect, the Customer must notify the customer service of the online store by e-mail without undue delay. If the Customer has submitted a complaint to the online store, the online store has the right to:
1) At their choice, correct the error detected in the delivery.
2) Correct the defect by cancelling the sale of the product in question and refunding the purchase price to the Customer.
If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or it does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must notify the error in writing no later than within 14 days to the address mentioned in the section entitled right of cancellation and return or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package has been clearly damaged during transport, the complaint must be made to the transport company in question immediately.
